Nine provinces and fifty counties in the National Three-North Shelterbelt Forest area initiated restoration after the State Forestry Administration published the Degraded Shelterbelt Forest Restoration Guidance in 2015. Elion has undertaken more than 820,000 acres of afforestation in Hebei Province.
