Ecological restoration technology of saline-alkali areas

There are over 1.5 billion mu salty lands in China. Saline land improvement may greatly boost national grain output and land utilization ratio, producing high economic,social and ecological benefits. Ecological restoration technology of barren mountains

As a mountainous country, two thirds of China's total territory is covered by mountains and hills. Stricken by serious water and soil erosion and awful weather, barren mountains are difficult to be developed or utilized. Through research and practices for many years, ELION Group has summarized and applied such ecological remediation technology for waste mountain as catchment forestation, forestation by straw and plastic film mulching, forestation by sand pressing and soil moisture conservation and spray sowing technology to achieve remarkable effect on waste mountain remediation.

 
 

Ecological restoration technology of degraded riverway

ELION Group actively explores the ecological remediation for degraded riverway, implements researches and practices series of ecological remediation for degraded riverway, which can be summarized as self-purification technology for artificially-intensified river, ecological concrete technology, plant cultivation technology inside river, improvement for local geomorphic features inside riverway and ecological protection technology on the shore.

Slope treatment technology

Through years of research and practices, ELION Group has summarized the following two kinds of side slope treatment technologies: “external soil spraying technology” and “ecological bag technology”.

External-soil spray seeding technology adopts "metal mesh laying project + base material of vegetation spray-up project" to improve the connectivity between the growth and development foundation and the slope. Ecological bag technology is characterized by the filtering capability which is permeable to water but impermeable to soil. Thus, it prevents the loss of filler (mixture of soil and nutrients), facilitates normal water exchange in the soil and effective conservation and timely supplement of water needed by the plant and allows plants to grow freely through the bags.

 
 

Restoration technology of mine land

Restoration technology of mine land refers to the restoration of wasted mine land pollution and reutilization of the land resources. The crucial point of restoration is to recover the abiotic component function of the system, recover the vegetation and establish animal communities and microbial communities. It includes restorations from the aspects of land rehabilitation, soil management improvement, vegetation restoration and landscape restoration.
